fix: 命令 8 接受 last_msg_id 作为已读水位
...
客户端已读请求常只有 conversation_id 和 last_msg_id。任一消息 id 大于 0 即写入 last_read_msg_id 并清 Redis 未读，不再因此返回 40001。

实现 TCP READ（命令 8），已读水位前进时清未读并通知其他设备。

补上会员价格按平台筛选，并修正广场机器人测试的 Feed 调用，使 go test 能通过。

合并 origin/main 设备注册后，纳入本地 music 模块、seed 命令与 popadmin 相关路由/文档；music migration 编号为 0020 以避免与 0019_devices 冲突。
